1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LinksBuild ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LinksBuild is an online marketplace that connects website owners (Publishers) with businesses seeking backlinks (Buyers). We facilitate transactions between these parties but do not control the quality, safety, or legality of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, or the ability of parties to complete transactions.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful code, spam, or malicious content
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Manipulate or interfere with the Service
  • Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
  • Circumvent any security measures
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order through LinksBuild, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable fees. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through our secure payment provider, Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details.

5.3 Wallet System

You may add funds to your LinksBuild wallet for future purchases. Wallet funds are non-transferable and may only be used for purchases on the platform.

5.4 No Refunds Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

By placing an order on LinksBuild, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All purchases are non-refundable - Once an order is placed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Wallet top-ups are non-refundable - Funds added to your wallet cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
  • Digital services exception - As our services are digital in nature and delivery begins immediately upon order placement, you waive your right to any refund or cancellation.
  • Dispute resolution - Any disputes will be handled through our internal review process, and our decision is final.

Please carefully review your order before completing payment. By proceeding with a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Publisher Terms

If you submit a website to our marketplace as a Publisher, you additionally agree to:

  • Have full authority to sell placements on the submitted website
  • Provide accurate information about your website metrics
  • Fulfill orders within the agreed timeframe
  • Maintain backlinks for the lifetime of the placement
  • Not use deceptive practices to inflate metrics
  • Comply with all applicable advertising disclosure requirements

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of LinksBuild. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results obtained from the Service will be accurate
  • Backlinks will achieve any specific SEO results
  • Publishers will fulfill all orders as described

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKSBUILD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LinksBuild and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you submit to the Service

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
